CONTACT FOR WORKS:
Hanoi, July 16, 2026 — Bambootronics Joint Stock Company and the Technology Testing and Commercialization Center, an implementation unit under the National Innovation Agency (NACENTECH), held a technology services agreement signing ceremony, establishing a cooperation framework for the research, development, testing, and commercialization of electronic hardware products.
The event marks a new milestone in the relationship between the two organizations. The cooperation is intended to shorten the path from real-world requirements and engineering prototypes to products that can be tested, standardized, piloted, and progressively prepared for the market.
In the hardware product development lifecycle, a design that works well in the R&D lab is only the starting point. Before it can be deployed in real-world applications, the product must go through multiple stages: requirements definition, system architecture, prototyping, testing, bill-of-materials optimization, DFM/DFT improvement, evaluation against applicable standards, and preparation for pilot or mass production.
Under the cooperation framework, Bambootronics will focus on its core capabilities in hardware architecture and design; firmware, BSP, driver, embedded software, and HMI development required to operate the device; prototype manufacturing; internal testing; design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test optimization; BOM optimization; and support for supply-chain preparation, pilot production, and mass-production readiness.
NACENTECH’s Technology Testing and Commercialization Center contributes its strengths in testing and evaluation, standards and compliance consulting, laboratory and expert connections, demonstration and pilot activities, and access to enterprises, local authorities, and the wider technology commercialization ecosystem.
The two parties expect to prioritize product categories and technology services with strong potential for real-world deployment:
Specific product lines and projects will be selected based on market needs, technical feasibility, and the resources available to both parties.
The value of this cooperation goes beyond combining two service portfolios. Its greater potential lies in creating a more continuous product-development process. When hardware engineering teams work with testing and commercialization specialists early in the project, requirements for reliability, testability, applicable standards, component cost, and manufacturing conditions can be incorporated from the product architecture stage.
This approach can reduce major late-stage redesigns, improve design-version traceability, support objective evaluation, and help products move from simply “working” to being manufacturable, quality-controlled, and deployable.
The framework agreement provides a foundation for long-term cooperation. Each specific assignment or project will be defined through a separate request, quotation, purchase order, agreement, or appendix that clarifies technical requirements, scope of work, milestones, acceptance criteria, costs, and the responsibilities of each party.
Intellectual property, technical data, confidentiality, and rights to use project results will also be agreed on a project-by-project basis. This model preserves flexibility while maintaining technical and commercial control throughout R&D, testing, and production.
Through its cooperation with NACENTECH, Bambootronics expects to contribute more deeply to the development of electronic hardware and smart devices owned and developed by Vietnamese enterprises — moving beyond ideas and prototypes toward products that can be tested, standardized, manufactured, and commercialized for real-world demand.
Bambootronics welcomes discussions with enterprises, research institutes, and product-development teams seeking to build AI Boxes, Edge AI devices, IoT solutions, industrial HMIs, gateways, or custom electronic products.
